I mean, it's pretty much the belief that a deity doesn't exist, which is fine, but how do you know for sure?
You have to believe there are no deities, and if you can't see them, then what proof do you have that they're not real? It just seems like people who believe in god are more justified than atheists, because at least you're believing in something. You can say that you're "believing" in nothing, but that still requires some sort of faith.
Also, I'm pretty sure most of the people on this forum are Atheists, so what is your excuse?

I know what you mean, because it seems like an unfair question.
It's kind of like asking someone "Do you believe in the Tooth Fairy?"
Well, if you don't believe in him, then how can you know for sure that he isn't real? Because you haven't seen him, you would have to be convinced by other people that he's not real.

Well, if they don't believe in any deity, then yes, they are a fool. It's pretty much the same thing as saying "I don't believe in any deities" as saying "I believe that no deities exist".

I said "certain god", so that means I still have faith in other gods that others don't believe in, and if you say "that is still foolish", then you're making an invalid argument since there's still one more god left out that you didn't talk about yet.

I see what you mean, because this is becoming a pointless argument.
It really depends on how you interpret the definition of a fool. I would say that someone who believes in no deities is a fool, but I have no proof to support my claims.
