Worst summer ever.
I've been stuck in the house for like over a month because my parents are scared of COVID. My uncle got it and died, so they're being very cautious about it and won't let me go outside without a mask.
They don't even let me play outside. Like, I can't even sit in front of our house with my friends and stuff. They say that if we get together outside of the house then they'll kill us or something.
I hate them

my parents were pretty cool about it
i have 2 siblings and they would allow one of us to be free but not all of us
and if we were all out playing in the street they would still say that it was safe to hang out as long as we kept distance

I have one sister (she's 7) and my mom makes her stay home all the time because she thinks that it's not fair for her to go out when I'm stuck in the house. My dad's always at work, so he doesn't care.
And we don't even have a big family. We just have me, my sister, my mom, and my dad. My mom keeps saying that my uncle wasn't sick enough for her to get COVID, but I think she's just scared and trying to be weird.
