Well, I'm pretty sure they aren't a good representation for ROBLOX. I wouldn't say that people hate them though.

Well, it's true that the forum community isn't always nice to new users, and that can be off putting. So, yeah, not really a great representation. But I think in general the forums are fairly decent.
