No, not really. If you're talking about Islam, I can see why you'd say this, but if you're talking about Christianity, it's not so much as a religion as it is a belief in God. The only reason there are wars about it is because some people take it too far and think killing people who believe differently will somehow make their "religion" stronger. Most Christians have no problem with any other religion.

the only reason i brought up islam was because of your "religion" comment
i am christian, and i'm pretty sure they don't have wars for the sake of christians
they have wars for the sake of muslims
if i didn't have the wars in mind when i said that, i should've worded it better
anyways, i never said the majority of christians have a problem with other religions, and i never said that wars over religion were completely the fault of one side

christianity isnt just a belief in god
it also includes the rules of conduct given to us by jesus and the bible

I'm not Christian, but I agree with you that Christianity isn't the same as believing in God. But most people who are Christians believe in God and nothing else, so that's what most people think when they hear the word.

this isn't the same
because if you look at it, i'm still technically correct
if i were to say "most christians are jerks"
i would be wrong
i said most people think that christianity and belief in god mean the same thing
but i never said all christians believe in god and nothing else, and i never said all christians are jerks
i know that most christians don't even have a problem with other religions
just some do
