Well you might have been injured, but if you had been killed you wouldn't be able to feel anything so I guess you're safe there.
But how are you sure you haven't died? You can't really know for certain. How did you wake up in a hospital bed with no memory of anything that happened prior to it? Did someone else bring you there? If they brought you there without your consent then you don't really have much to complain about.
You could have died in the accident that caused this. Or maybe you woke up somewhere else and were brought here by someone who wanted to help you. Or you could have just fallen asleep and dreamt all of it.
It's impossible to know for sure, and you'll never know what actually happened.

You shouldn't be surprised that I don't believe you, but okay, if you want to pretend that this is something other than the most stupid excuse for your situation then fine.

If it did happen 4 years ago, why aren't you in prison? Or why would you be here now?
I mean, really. There are a few possibilities:
1: It never actually happened
2: You were brought here by someone who wanted to help you after an accident
3: Your memory of it was wiped out after it occurred
4: You were being held captive and brainwashed into believing you were attacked by a zombie
Those are all perfectly logical explanations for what you said. Now you'll just have to decide which one sounds most likely to you.

Well then, you're going to have to do a lot more than that.
It's not enough that you just tell me that you woke up with no idea of what happened and I'm supposed to believe that everything else you say is true as well.
You could just be making it all up as you go along, and the only way you'd know whether or not that was happening is if you knew what actually happened.
