There's no anime show that I know of that has turned into a fanfic. There are no anime fanfics either. So, it is not possible. Even if there were an anime show that turned into a fanfic, it wouldn't spread to other fandoms.

The Fanfiction would never cause the Earth to be destroyed by a meteor, unless there was a meteor in the first place. A meteor can't land on a random planet, because there are no random planets.
