I like to play the "Hypothetical situation" game. You start with a hypothetical situation, and then you go on in time, until it is solved.
For example:
Person A: If we were in the same room together right now, what would happen?
Person B: I'd ask for your autograph.
Person C: I'd say hello.
And so on...
