I really enjoyed using Charizard as well as Blaziken. I'd probably say Mewtwo would be my absolute favorite.

Charizard because I couldn't catch him on my first try on blue version (not even close) so I tried to get him on yellow version. I almost got him to level 100 and then I ran out of master balls. I finally caught him in red version with the help of an item finder, but only leveled him to lvl 24.

Mega Sableye. It's literally the only thing I use now.
It's super powerful and it can hit through Substitute when it's used alongside Protect and Substitute.
