I was fired from my last job. They said that I was underperforming and didn't have enough experience to get promoted.
I'm not really sure why he sent me this, it was 3 years ago and he never had any contact with me since.
It's just a reminder that I never should've taken that job.

Yeah it's really weird.
I think it's because the company was about to go bankrupt so they were trying to get rid of anyone who wasn't really good at their jobs.

He was also an HR at the time and knew that I didn't want to be there anyway. So I don't think he really cared if I left or not.

The HRs who fired me said that they felt sorry for me when I got fired. But they still did it, even though they didn't have to. They could've just demoted me but no.
