Friend: I need to go get something.
Me: Okay.
Friend: I'll be right back, I just have to go get my hat. (he was wearing a fedora)
Me: Ok.
Friend: *runs out of the house*
Me: Umm.. what hat?
Friend: *comes back in, is running fast, and doesn't stop until he enters his house* It's on my head.
Me: *stares at him* What? You were wearing a fedora.
Friend: Yeah..
Me: Where did it go? I was watching you for like ten minutes.
Friend: Oh yeah, that's what happened. That's how I lost my hat. Someone stole it! *looks at me for five seconds* *returns to playing video games*
