Well, if you live in a big city, I can see how you'd be able to meet some nice people.
But where I live, there really is no way to find any kind of positive people in society, unless you're in some sort of school group.

i live near a city, but i go to a private school so i don't get to see that much of the actual city. i only see the bad sides of society when my mom and her friends come visit me

they're both lawyers and they work at the same company, which makes them travel a lot. my dad travels to different places to meet clients and my mom does paperwork for the contracts he signs with them
when she isn't working, she's visiting me or working out, lol

lawyers represent people in court or business transactions. they write up contracts, argue cases, etc.
judges make decisions, not lawyers, although some judges are also lawyers

I mean, do you have any sort of relationship with your parents that allows you to be yourself, or are they pretty much just strict bosses to you? Do you guys actually talk about anything meaningful, or is it all just forced conversation?

they aren't lawyers yet, so they're learning how to do that. eventually they'll have clients and they'll have to go into court for them
the job can be stressful sometimes but it's rewarding when you win the case
but then again, i'm pretty sure they don't even want me to be a lawyer anyway because i'd be too busy to hang out with friends and stuff, lol
