a disease.
I have had experience with it before. It is not something that should be taken lightly.

I am pretty sure that you don't know what the word 'disease' means. It does not mean 'bad' or 'evil'.
It means that it is something that prevents you from functioning normally, either physically or mentally.
You can look it up in a dictionary, or go onto Google, and find out.
