I have been absent from school for a month and I only have 5 days left. My attendance is under 90% and I need an excuse why I missed all these days. My parents are refusing to give me a note saying that I had the flu so they can't give me an excuse as to why I was missing for almost a whole month.
So, what should I do?

I'm actually really smart. I don't have any problems with learning; it's just that I get bored with doing the same thing every day. So, I start doing other things, and then I lose track of what I'm supposed to be doing. :(

Yeah, I agree. It's not like they would be doing anything if I stayed home anyways. I could actually do schoolwork while they're gone and then get it done earlier than usual.

If your parents don't want you to go to college because of your attendance, then maybe you should move out. You'll never be able to live with your parents again after this.

My mom said that I would need to move out if she doesn't trust me anymore. Well, that's really bad because I don't have any family around here, so I wouldn't have anyone to help me pay for an apartment or something like that.
