I drank five shots of coffee straight. My heart is racing, my hands are shaking, and I've already peed twice today. I've never done this before so please help if you can!

if ur urinating a lot then that means ur body is trying to get rid of the excess caffeine or ur kidney is working overtime
and that would also explain why ur heart is racing
ur body is taking the caffeine to high speeds in order to get rid of it
