What is this "OT" you speak off?
Off topic is not a forum.
The forums are just different sections that contain subforums inside it. So basically the subforum inside OT is called "OT", which stands for "off topic".
So yes, OT would probably disappear as well. However I don't really think there's any chances of the forums being removed in general since they've been here since day one.
