Plus you said you got a PS3 right?
So the Xbox 360 won't be much of an issue.

I know how you feel.
My brother has to use my computer sometimes.
It's annoying, but I still let him.
If your baby brother is going to use your consoles, I recommend letting him.
Even though he is annoying, at least you'll have some kind of a bond with him when you grow up.
