The greatest thing that came from the internet, I can't think of anything else better to replace it, so it's still at the top. The internet is the greatest thing ever made in history.

The internet has given us so many things:
1. The ability to have access to more information than you could read in a lifetime.
2. More information about the world we live in than we would have been able to comprehend had humanity not discovered the internet.
3. More social connections than you're able to keep track of in your lifetime.
4. More ways to entertain ourselves than you could have imagined, before the internet was invented.
5. The ability to find out what people are thinking, in every corner of the world at any time.
6. Faster communication with people across the globe.
7. The ability to do research on anything you want, right at your fingertips.

You forgot the ability to spread rumors and fake news about people which could lead to their suicide or something.
