I have been bullied since 1st grade, and i've been in the same school for 3 years. The only person who is my friend is a girl who is not popular. She always hangs out with me.
The school has had no one to help me. It's ridiculous.
What do i do?

You should be a little more active.
Also, you can make some friends with the help of your parents.
And try to be as nice as possible to those other kids, but not too friendly that they think you want to be their friend.

That's not gonna do anything for you.
I suggest going to your parent(s) about it and talking it through.

Ask God again, but this time, ask Him why He isn't answering you, and tell Him that you don't want to ask anymore unless He tells you why He hasn't answered.
If you can find out His reasons, then maybe He will answer.
