I was 7 years old, playing with my friends. A girl started screaming. I looked up and saw her jumping off a playground structure and breaking both of her arms. The saddest part is that it wasn't the first time she had done it. It just so happens that it was my birthday.

I was having a normal day of fun until that happened.
I said "worst thing" because it was the worst thing that has EVER HAPPENED to me.
not worst as in bad, but worst as in most unpleasant or unfortunate.
i'm sure you can figure out why that happened by now.

I don't know. I don't remember what I was doing right before it happened but I do remember feeling no remorse for the girl when she broke both of her arms.
It just seemed like a normal day to me. I don't remember if I was in shock or not.
