1. Pick any number 1-10
2. Find it's square root
3. Multiply that by itself 3 times (9 is a good number to use)
4. Multiply that number by itself
5. Add 20
6. Subtract 16
7. Divide by 14
8. Divide by 7
9. Subtract 3
10. Divide by 2
11. Find the square root of your answer, and that's your answer

The problem with this is you can't get an answer that isn't a whole number, because you have to find the square root of your answer in step 11, which will always result in a whole number, unless you were close to the square root of pi.
