make your character have a weapon out all the time and run around like a headless chicken.
then whenever the cops come up to you, shoot them, then run away. if they try to get back at you, just shoot them again. then rinse and repeat.

if that doesn't work, then try and find some way to lag switch with your friends so you can spawnkill the cops.
that should do the trick
