Build a nice house with a big garage and a lot of free space outside.
Make a nice backyard with a large swimming pool, hot tub, large patio/deck, lots of outdoor lighting, a nice lawn with a few trees.
Make it a nice place to entertain guests and go out on the weekends. Have lots of food and drink for everyone.
Have a nice car and motorcycle collection. Keep them parked in my garage along with any extra cars.
