Because when you write your thoughts down in the morning they go away. Writing them down makes you think more clearly about the events and how they may affect you, and why you felt that way. Also, it helps you remember details in the dream.

There is a community of people who do this, so it's pretty easy to find. Plus, writing down your dreams and then posting them on the Internet allows you to share them with others and get feedback.

I guess it's not really a good idea to make my own site as that takes a lot more time than using one already built.
