I got pulled over on my way home from work and the police officer told me that I was doing 82 in a 70 and that I was doing 84 and 86. I think he may have read my speed wrong because I don't see how I could be doing that much. It's not like I was going 30 over the speed limit. The officer said I could go to court but I'm too scared so what can I do about this?

I got pulled over once for speeding and it turned out that they had no right to pull me over.

I should file a motion then because I have no idea how I can afford the ticket. Also, the police officer told me if I got a second one within a year that my license would be suspended.
