ask a friend or family member to borrow your old phone
go to a random place and leave the phone in a public area, then walk away
leave it on your car seat as you drive to a location
leave it in a park
leave it on top of a trash can
leave it at the bus stop
leave it outside your school
leave it somewhere that will make people think you dropped it
