So what happens when you refuse? You're still friends with him? He's not forcing you to do anything I'm pretty sure. It's just a costume for a party. It's not like he is demanding you to dress up as a girl all day, everyday. He's only asking you to do that one night for a Halloween party. If you have nothing to lose and gain from refusing, then why not? It's just a Halloween party. Just have fun with it.
