I've seen many people who broke every single rule not banned.
I once reported someone for hacking on my friend's profile, I don't even know his name but I think it was "TheEpicPwnzor" or something like that.
I didn't tell the mods how he did it, I just said that he hacked and that's all.
He wasn't banned, I still see him playing games.

I have heard rumors that some moderators are more strict than others. This thread should help you out in figuring out which ones to report me too if you want to report me at all. You will find out soon enough.

The only thing I am aware of is that posting off topic threads is against the rules. Everything else I am unaware of because I didn't really read the full list of rules. I just knew that what I did was wrong.
