StarCraft is good, but not the best video game.
It's probably the first one that comes to mind when you think video game though, and I agree with that.

you know what, starcraft is not my favorite video game
it's pokemon red/yellow/blue/green
because it was my childhood, and i played it for hours on end every single day until i beat it like 10 times
the other games are either too simple or too hard
and starcraft is in a weird middle ground where i can't figure out how to play it well

I'm pretty sure it's Pokemon Black/White. Either that or Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen.

i played starcraft 2 a lot back when i got it
i think i got bored with it though
i've been playing pokemon since i was 3 years old
that game is life
and i only had access to the first three gen games until i was 12
therefore my heart will always love those games
you're not the boss of me now.
