This is my friend who I have been best friends with for a long time, and he is very depressed. He doesn't talk to me as much and when we do talk he usually is in his own world, but he's still talking to other people. He gets sad really easily and even when I try to make him happy he just stays in his own bubble. Whenever I tell him that he needs to get better or ask him if he's okay, he just gives the same response that everything is fine, but I know that it isn't. I asked his parents about it and they said that they didn't notice anything wrong, but I think they're just trying to hide something. What can I do to help him out of this?

I told them, and they just ignored me. They also denied me access to his profile.
