I keep seeing it on some kid's twitch streams and they're freaking out about it.
I clicked it, and it seems to be some glitchy fan-game, but I don't see what people are so afraid of.

it's a hacked sonic game from like 2003 or something
and there's some weird lore around it because of some creepypasta or something
it's not that scary though, just glitchy and creepy looking
