Dude... Im not sure if this is right... but the best thing you can do is not be afraid. Just sit there and let them do what they need to do...

They're doing a lot of stuff with my teeth, I just hate when they stick their finger in your mouth.

Well thats what im going through right now... My braces are in the process of being taken off... They take them off one tooth at a time... its painful... lol

I know, they took out one tooth on my bottom jaw and then one tooth on my top jaw, that's all they did so far.
