im going to give you a warning
i might die in the next few minutes
its been happening for about a year or two now
every couple months, my heart just stops working
my chest feels like it is on fire
and i cant breathe
it always lasts less than 3 minutes
but every time it happens
its different
the last time was the worst
i couldnt even stand up
i could barely lift my hands
so i had to lay on my side for the whole 2:47 (yes, i timed it)
that was about 6 months ago
it was so bad that i missed school
but when i got back to class
people thought i was sick or something
they all felt sorry for me and gave me gifts and stuff
which is good because i have no idea why they are doing that
it might be a little scary if i do die
but its not like its forever or anything
but its still pretty scary
anyone have any advice?

Yeah I guess. What happened to you? Do you remember what caused it? Like did you get hit in the chest or something?

OHH I had something like that before. I would try to do jumping jacks and then all of a sudden I couldn't breathe. It was so weird but I think it's because your body is not used to the pressure of the air being pushed into your lungs and your heart stops working. And yes it happens randomly sometimes. It's called stress induced asthma.
