So I said "No you can't have an iPad" and she asked why, so I said that iPads are for people who suck.

I'm the opposite. Whenever someone gets a new cell phone, I add them to my contacts.
But if they get an iPhone, I just delete them.

I'm just not good at typing on them, and I'd rather have an iPod Touch than an iPad.

I think an iPod Touch would be better for me because I don't need all of that extra space on my phone for pictures and movies.

You'll love it. I got my iPod Touch in 2007 when it was first released and I still play with it today.
