it says something about deleting system32 or something, and it keeps restarting itself
I deleted all of my files and it's still doing it

I already have AVG, Avast, and Malwarebytes on here, nothing helped

Then try contacting AVG, Avast, and Malwarebytes. If they can't do anything, try getting another anti-virus.
