It depends on what you did.
If you deleted a hat, then the hat is gone forever.
If you hacked or scammed, all your stuff is gone forever.
If you made a mean post, they may ban you but not take away your stuff.

Actually if you scam/hack someone will report you for that and you could end up with jail time in real life.
