2. Use a proxy server and download the tests.
3. Write down each question, as well as its answer.
4. Study the questions and answers.
5. Take the real tests using your proxy server.
6. Answer each question correctly with the help of your prepared answers.
7. Get 100% on all the subjects.

I just got my SAT scores back, and I got a 1600, which is the perfect score, so I think this method works pretty well.
