I bet your gun will kill you before any other person can.
It's pretty easy to miss shoot when you have a pistol and you're moving around.

Not trying to insult you, but most people aren't good enough to do that with just a pistol. Most people use their rifles. I would too, because it's easier to hit someone with a rifle compared to a pistol. Not to mention, if you were to get a rifle, you wouldn't even know how to use it effectively without training, which is very hard to find nowadays.
