i was 1 and my parents were just like, "yeah theres gonna be a plane crash" and they didn't even explain what it was
and i'm still confused now because all the internet says is that "something bad happened to America"
what the hell was it??

same here. My parents didn't tell me a lot but they told me that there were "terrorists" who crashed the plane into the towers and that people died because of it.
they said i should pray for the victims
i think i prayed for them but then when i grew up, i just thought "what the hell is this???"

it's pretty messed up, and i don't blame them for not wanting to tell you more about what happened
