TheRealMario,
Well, it's not going to make me super productive or anything.
I'm just going to use it as a health tracker and a way to receive messages when I'm too lazy to get up and grab my phone.

why do you need one then?
it's like those dumb people who spend $800 on an iphone and say "i dont care about money" or some other stupid reason

For the last time, Mario, I don't need to be productive to feel good.
I just want this thing because I think it looks cool and will probably be useful in the long run.

but i thought you were a person that likes to think logically
you're basically throwing away $500+ for something that isn't needed
if you're not going to be productive with it then what's the point?
>just want this thing because I think it looks cool and will probably be useful in the long run.
>
>long run
do you plan to get another one in the next 5 years?

If you think I have to use it productively, then why did you post your response?
If you're going to tell me that it's pointless, please go ahead. But you're not changing my mind on the matter. Just stop posting pointless responses.
The fact is that I do need it for both reasons I stated above. But even if I don't, I still think it's cool and I'll probably get more use out of it than I thought I would.
And no, Mario, I don't intend to replace it with an updated model in five years. I have other things to do during those five years besides buying watches.

"you're basically throwing away $500+ for something that isn't needed"
no i'm not
>i can see why someone would buy one, especially since they look pretty cool
if i had $500+ i'd just spend it on something else like an actual computer that can be used to get work done instead of sitting there being a fancy watch
>But even if I don't, I still think it's cool and I'll probably get more use out of it than I thought I would.
what the hell does that mean
"i'll probably get more use out of it than i thought i would"
why would you waste money on something that you already knew you wouldn't use?
it's like saying "i bought a car because it looked really cool but i don't plan to ever use it"

@OffT,
Apple makes its products more user-friendly for its customers. It's how they keep their products so popular.
