I mean, they're just zombies... If you look closely, you'll see that it's just a regular human being wearing a mask. They aren't "infected", just simply dressed as an infected person.

i play with my friends and we play as infected because its easier to kill someone with a knife than with a shot gun and im also a good knife fighter so i guess thats why
