Okay.
It's because you can say it as a phrase, like how you can say "f***ing" without it being considered as offensive. I could also say "Fork You" and I wouldn't get banned. It's like saying it as a phrase makes it not count as a bad word.
And again, please don't report me anymore, I'm trying to have a conversation.
