The thing is that, when the internet was created it was made to be used as a tool for government and military purposes. The only way you were aloud to use it was with a security clearance.
That's why all of the "wonders" of the world today are built on top of the internet. But then, the internet was opened up to the public, and then we got these "wonders" I'm talking about.
I think its time that they should just close the internet down because it's causing too much trouble. It can't be controlled, so there's no point in letting people continue to mess up things. It's like taking a gun into an arcade and blowing everybody up. The only difference is that you don't have to clean up after it.
