Oh god. I hate when people say stuff like this. It can be hard to get diagnosed with cancer in the early stages.

my friend said his dad had been complaining about stomach pain for the past year or so but he didn't know it was cancer
and then last night was when the cancer finally got bad enough to make him vomit blood
