I will be honest and say I am not a good OTer, but I will describe how you can find out if someone is one.
First off you must know what an OTer is. An OTer is a person that posts in the forum section called Off Topic. These people can either be funny or annoying.
Now on to finding out if someone is a good OTer. The way you do this is by looking at their post count. You want to look for people with at least 5000 posts. If they have more than that, then you know that they are a good OTer and you should be friends with them. This is because those people have been around for awhile and they have lots of experience in the forums.
If someone has less than 5000 posts, don't be afraid to befriend them. They might just be new and you never know, maybe you will help them become a better OTer.
Remember, always look for the 5000+ posts when trying to find out if someone is a good OTer. With this method you can be sure that you will only befriend the best of the best.
