he's in the 8th grade and he likes this girl in his class
the problem is, she's already dating someone else.
so every time he goes to school he says hi and everything but then the guy who she's dating just starts being a jerk to him
my brother wants me to beat him up at school but i don't want to get expelled
what should we do?

I've seen people that are as big as you when they were 13. So yeah, if it's really bad, beat him up. But if it's just some annoying stuff, ignore it. It's probably only going to last for a couple weeks anyway.
