Welcome to L4D2! This game is the newest one in the series of L4D games, it has more characters, more maps, and more special infected. I'll tell you how to play later on but first, let's talk about some things that are in the game. I'll explain what they do, or why you should get them.
Health: You will notice that there is a green bar at the top of your screen, this is how much health you have. If you're hurt and you want to heal quickly, you can go into a medical locker which is found at any safe room. These lockers will give you a medkit if you click on them, if you run out of health, press q to pick up the medkit and then press e. It'll heal you but only for a little bit.
Grenade: Grenades are found at all saferooms, click on one to pick it up and press e to throw it. They are helpful at killing special infected as well as normal zombies.
Painkiller: Painkillers are just like medkits. They're found at safe rooms, if you click on one, you'll automatically use it. These aren't really needed but they can be very useful in some situations.
