The bartender says "Hi, how are you?"
The guy replies "I'm fine."
The bartender replies "Oh really? How's your wife?"
The guy replies "Well, she died last week."
The bartender says "I'm sorry to hear that."
The guy replies "No no no. That's not what I mean!"
The bartender says "So how is she?"
The guy replies "She's great, thank goodness."
The bartender replies "What do you mean 'thank goodness'?"
The guy replies "Well, last week when she was on her death bed, I told her if she dies, I'm leaving her."
The bartender asks "You're still with her? What did she say?"
The guy replies "She said, 'I'm glad you're sticking with me, honey.'"
