i never liked it
the art style was always ugly, the characters are all boring and/or annoying, and it was way too long

It can be a bit too long sometimes, but that's why they had these "Filler Episodes."
The anime is mostly about Natsu and Lucy. Fairy Tail is an awesome anime. You can't say it's bad.

never said it was bad, i just stated it wasn't my thing
it isn't bad though
and i've seen more episodes than i care to admit (mostly through the first few seasons, then a lot of the filler episodes, and then a little bit of the latter half)
but yeah, it's just not my thing

i don't like it, simple as that
there are worse anime out there
but yeah, it isn't good enough for me to really hate it or anything
like, i don't know, it was just kind of bland imo
not bad, but pretty dull

yeah, i think that's what happens with everything eventually
there's always some sort of shift in opinion or change in perspective that makes you see something differently
even if you don't like something anymore, at least you can understand why other people do like it and appreciate the things they liked about it
