Well, if you're like me (not really a developer), then here's what you need to do:
1. Buy a PC.
2. Learn C++.
3. Learn OpenGL.
4. Use Blender for 3D models.
5. Use Unreal or Unity for engine/game creation.
6. Enjoy!
Also, make sure you learn basic physics and math.
