It's a bit of a pain, but it is doable. You need to be rich, have BC, and be active on your alt for a few months (or not have a main account).
I will now go over the steps
1: Make an alt account.
2: Get a good username that hasn't been used yet.
3: Buy a lot of robux. If you already have a main account with BC, use that to buy the robux. Otherwise, if you are getting BC for this account, wait until you get your first payment. 300-400 robux works very well.
4: Start making games on this alt account.
5: Advertise your game using the ads system. This is key to getting your alt account popular. The more people playing your game, the greater your chance of getting the gift.
6: Do not stop playing your game, even though you are probably tired of it by now. Even better, make new games, as a popular alt account is hard to keep up. If you don't want to spend so much time managing your alt account, you can pay other people to do it for you.
For me, it took 7 weeks of working on my alt account before I got it. It was worth it, as I got the robux gift. I also kept this account on, as I got it BC again to continue work on this account.

If you only have TBC, your chances are pretty low, but not impossible.
